Mach 1 65 HP $600.00 |
A recently developed custom nozzle that has just been completed. No other modifications
like turbocharger upgrades or exhaust systems required. A great injector for the towing crowd! |
Mach 1.6 90 HP $700.00 |
An upgraded version of the older Mach 1.5's. A few more HP and no additional cost.
A slight change in spraying angles netted NO additional smoke with the extra
HP. This is the best choice for increased fuel economy using a single turbocharger.
Towing injector. |
Mach 2 105 HP $800.00 |
Once again the slight change in spraying angles has increased the HP and not increased
the smoke level over the previous very clean 100 HP version of the Mach 2.
We feel we have the absolute cleanest and smoothest running 105 HP injector available.
Most users report a much improved idle quality and faster throttle response. |
Mach 3 130HP $900.00 |
Mach 3's are certainly considered a step toward a competition only injector. The
increased HP coupled to a large increase in Torque is enough to power most Cummins
engines to over 475 rear wheel HP and 1000 Ft lbs of Torque and beyond. Of
course they are user friendly enough to drive on the street daily for hundreds
of thousands of miles. |
Mach 4 150HP $900.00 |
At 150 HP, the Mach 4 using a specially designed nozzle for maximum HP development,
smoke control, and good driving manners is finally here. The Mach 4's will outpower
and drive better than even the 175 HP injector available from other vendors,
baring none! This injector is best used by experienced HP junkies and racers.
The nozzles use a steel alloy that is designed to withstand the high cylinder
pressures and temperatures associated with racing conditions. |
Mach 5 200 HP $1000.00 |
At 200 HP these injectors are not for the average street driven truck. They are for
use with large single turbochargers or twin turbo systems only. With a discharge
rate designed for big "Diesel Only" HP they will not disappoint anyone wanting
maximum Dyno numbers and ultra low ET's at the track. These injectors produced
over 630 rear wheel HP using twin turbos at 2700 RPM last year. With further
development in turbocharging and camshaft design we certainly feel 650 plus
HP is easy in the coming months. |
Mach 6 220 HP $1200.00 |
Twin turbo engines can actually daily drive this injector for the life of the truck.
Many users report very good street manners in all climates. 650 HP and beyond
is possible with the proper set-up. This injector has put full weight trucks
in the low 12 second ET range at over 114 MPH using Diesel fuel only. It was the first injector to make 648 HP in a VP-44 powered 24 valve in 2003. Large single turbochargers can handle this injector. Recently a truck outfitted with the Redline fueling box, Mach 6+ injectors, and a single B-1 turbo made 610 HP using uncorrected, raw DynoJet numbers. |
Mach 7 240 HP $1300.00 |
The last word. Nothng comes close to the performance and the driveability of the
Mach 7. This injector rings out the last drop of HP from the ETC injection pump
yet still remains very driveable. Only 3, 24 Valve trucks are running the 1/4 mile in under 12 seconds in the entire country on Diesel Fuel Only. Chris Hoofnagle ( 11.76) Meacham Evins ( 11.78 ) and Rip Rook ( 11.89 ) All these trucks run the Mach 7 injector. |
Broken Arrow! |
Mach 8 230 HP Diesel Only / 271 HP using Nitrous |
The Mach 8 is still under preparation and last minute testing. This injector was
developed for Nitrous assisted use. The Mach 7 makes 10 more Diesel Only HP than
the Mach 8, but the Mach 8 has shown a 31 HP increase with similar amounts of
Nitrous. The Mach 8 is driveable, but will smoke slightly more than a Mach
7. In comparison, the Mach 7 dyno charts are available here using Nitrous. The Mach 8 Dyno charts are here. These dyno runs were done with a 2002 truck using a single B-1 turbocharger, Redline
and Edge Comp fueling boxes, the Helix 3 camshaft and a 4" exhaust system
through the muffler. The injection pump was not advancing timing properly and
the truck was throwing codes. In the days following with a new pump the truck
made 832 with the same parts combination. The 832 HP dyno graph is here. |
